Can I use the hosting packages with a Macintosh/Apple computer?
You can use our hosting packages with any computer with an internet connection. It doesn't matter whether you use Macintosh, Linux, Unix, OS 2, Windows or even a 'good old' Amiga.
Is it easy to upgrade if I need more webspace, hosting packages and data transfer volume?
Our Reseller packages are very flexible. Your package grows along with the size of your company. You can, at any time upgrade to a higher Reseller package.
How long does it take for my account to be activated?
Your account is normally setup immediately. Each order undergoes a
series of fraud tests to verify the order's
authenticity. You will receive your welcome email from us once your order has been approved.
Can I pay monthly or quarterly instead of yearly?
Monthly payments are not allowed. Minimum term of payment for reseller hosting is per quarter (Lite Reseller has a yearly payment).
Can I get Resellers Hosting™ support as a reseller? And what about my customers?
As a Resellers Hosting™ reseller, you are the support and contact person for your customers.The Resellers Hosting™ helpdesk will never get in touch with one of your customers. All correspondence goes via the reseller.
